摘要:功能概念的表达及其推理过程中,存在逻辑层次模糊、思维复杂度 耦合及建模对象局限等问题,导致功能建模方法使用门槛较高,难以快速迭代,影响求解创新性和求解效率。针对上述问题,本项目基于系统层次性原理及思维方向性原理,理清“Function”和 “Affordance”内涵,并进行比较联系,提出将产品方案设计过程的意图域及现实域均显性化表达的广义功能概念体系,按照两个维度分解 功能结构建模的思维过程。并在此过程中明晰概念对象的层次性及抽象程度,按照概念对象的层次性扩展功能结构建模对象,并通过逐步抽象分解思维负荷。最终,本项目基于差异化功能认知构建广义功能概念体系。将产品方案设计过程的设计逻辑显性化、系统化和有序化,从而降低思维门槛,扩展求解空间。
There are some problems with the expression and reasoning process of function, such as fuzzy logic levels, coupled design thinking and limited modeling object. These problems result in a higher threshold for the use of function modeling method, and make it difficult to rapidly iterate, influencing the solving creativity and efficiency. In response to these problems, based on the system level principle and thinking directional principle, the project tries clarifying and comparing the connotations of “Function” and “Affordance”, the project proposes a concept system of generalized function which can explicitly express both intent realm and physical realm of concept design, and decomposes the thinking process of function structure modeling from the two dimensions. The project clears the hierarchy and abstract level of concept objects during the process, extends the function structure modeling object in accordance with the concept hierarchy, and subdivides the thinking burden of modeling process based on gradual abstract. Finally, the project puts forward a concept system of generalized function based on the differentiated cognition to function. These studies make the design logic of product conceptual design process explicit, orderly and systematic, which helps to reduce the thinking threshold and expand the solution space.
