摘要:工业领域的系统愈来愈复杂,这种复杂性体现在机、电、软、控等组件的多功能应用,从而满足系统功能及其他各种特性要求,如安全性、可靠性、环境适应性等。为了有效满足客户需求和市场需求,并在系统研发时统筹开展技术管理和项目管理,需要采取更加规范化的策略 来应对系统复杂性和流程复杂性。本项目围绕复杂系统数字化设计过程中的业务流程和产品表达,通过形式化的语言对业务流程和系统架构进行模型化表达,让系统研发过程中的活动、系统组成、属性、接口等描述可视化且更加规范,便于不同系统之间的信息集成。从企业架构维度提出业务模型与系统模型耦合关联的一种模式方法。研究业务流程与系统架构融合的建模方法;研究业务流程模型与系统架构模型关联的方法;研究数字研发模式中企业转型的方法。本项目的实施,为基于模型的复杂系统研发模式提出了理论方法,在提高产品创新设计和能力可持续发展方面具有重要的现实意义。
Systems in the industrial field are becoming more and more complex. This complexity is reflected in the multi-functional application of components such as machinery, electricity, software, and control, so as to meet the requirements of system functions and other characteristics, such as safety, reliability, and environmental adaptability. Wait. In order to effectively meet customer needs and market needs, and to coordinate technical management and project management during system development, more standardized strategies need to be adopted to deal with system complexity and process complexity. This project revolves around the business process and product expression in the digital design process of complex systems, and uses formal language to model the business process and system architecture, so that the description of activities, system components, attributes, and interfaces in the system development process can be visualized and displayed. It is more standardized to facilitate the information integration between different systems. From the perspective of enterprise architecture, a model method is proposed to couple the business model and the system model. Research the modeling method of the integration of business process and system architecture; research the method of correlation between business process model and system architecture model; research the method of enterprise transformation in the digital research and development model. The implementation of this project puts forward a theoretical method for the model-based complex system research and development model, which has important practical significance in improving product innovation design and sustainable development capabilities.
