XYB-DS-202302 面向机械设计团队工作流提效的文件版本控制系统研究

摘要:面向终端用户的工业产品迭代周期在急剧缩短,为了快速响应这种市场的变化,机械设计工作流的提效对企业而言已经从被动的降本增效转化为产品快速推向市场的必备选择。机械设计文件多、协作多、改得多的特点,使得机械设计文件的版本控制成为机械设计流程中的巨大效率缺口。必须通过寻找新的跨越式的技术工具,才能实现产品迭代速度的倍增。因此通过新一代机械设计文件版本控制系统的研究,并在此基础上推动行业底层工作流的变革,才有可能诞生更高效的生产模式,带来次代级的效率提升。 本项目的研究内容包括:(1)构建存档:如何以项目整体为单元维护所有文件的变化;(2)定义分支:如何有效管理并行工作;(3)自动合并:先允许修改,再处理冲突;(4)构建多人多端分布式协作。在此基础上,通过研究机械设计文件版本控制系统,构建机械设计工作流演进的基础设施,探索机械设计领域专属的全新工作流模式,并结合依托单位的商业化落地能力在实际市场化环境中验证迭代,以推动全行业机械设计效率的倍速提高。

The iteration cycle of end-user-oriented industrial products is rapidly shortening. In order to respond to the changing market quickly, increased efficiency in Mechanical Design Workflows has been transformed from passive cost reduction to an essential choice for enterprises to quickly launch products to the market. Due to the characteristics of massive documents, collaborations, and modifications in mechanical design, the version control of mechanical design documents has become a huge efficiency gap in the mechanical design process. New revolutionary technological tools are the solutions to this problem. Therefore, through research on the version control system of the new generation of mechanical design documents, and on this basis to promote the transformation of the underlying workflow of the industry, it is possible to create a more efficient production model and bring about next-generation efficiency improvements. The research content of this project includes: (1)Building archives: how to maintain the changes of all files as a unit of the project; (2)Defining branches: how to effectively manage parallel workflow; (3)Automatic merging: allow modification before handling conflicts ; (4)Build multi-designer and multi-terminal distributed collaboration. By studying the version control system of mechanical design documents, we can construct the infrastructure for the evolution of mechanical design workflow. And relying on the company's commercialization capabilities , the product can be iteratively validated in the current market environment. Finally, it will drive to double-speed improvements in mechanical design efficiency across the industry.
